Jo-Leigh trained as a dancer in London, where she pursued her passion for performing.
Pilates was intrinsic to Jo-Leigh’s dance training, and she has used it to achieve superhero levels of endurance, core strength, and flexibility.
Coming from a dance background, Jo-Leigh’s transition to Pilates instructor was the logical next step. She understands the human body, and how to make it move.
