We Are F is a Social Media and Creative Boutique founded by Federica Pecis and Federica Attanasio, based in London and Milan.

We empower Female Entrepreneurs, Athletes and Female Founded Brands, to take charge of their own stories, and reject the outdated expectations of male-dominated markets.

We Are F began by providing dedicated support to Female Entrepreneurs who are, on average, 86% less likely to be funded than men. Unfortunately, these issues extend far beyond business and brands. Female Athletes and Influencers regularly work twice as hard, for half the benefit.

WHY FEMALE ATHLETES?

Women’s sport has always been a wellspring of powerful and inspiring stories, but recent
changes in social attitudes have opened the floodgates. Sponsors are beginning to see this
exciting opportunity for what it is, a historic moment in female liberation.

The general public feels strongly that women’s sport is both more inspiring and progressive
than ‘traditional’ sport, according to a 2019 Nielson report. Unsurprisingly, women’s sport is
also seen as significantly ‘cleaner’, particularly concerning performance-enhancing drugs.

Sponsors know that inspiration, progressive values, and cleanliness are the key criteria for any brand alignment activity.
